Buhari condoles Katsina SGS over Mother’s death

President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday condoled the Secretary to the Government of Katsina State, SGS, Mustapha Mohammed Inuwa, over the death of his mother, Hajia A’isha Muhammad, (Ta-Mashi).
Buhari, in a condolence message delivered through a delegation led by the Danmadami of Daura, Alhaji Musa Haro, said he received with shock the sad news of the death of Hajia A’isha.

President Buhari also prayed to God to make Aljannatul- Firdaus the final abode to Hajia A’isha and her family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

A press release issued by the Director Press to the Secretary to the Government of Katsina State, Abdullahi Aliyu Yar’adua said other dignitaries who registered their condolences include the First Lady, wife of the President, Hajia A’isha Buhari, Minister of Aviation, Senator Hadi Sirika, Chairman Jaiz Bank, Dr. Umaru Mutallab, Maradin Katsina, Alhaji Ahmadu Kurfi Sardinian Katsina, Senator Ibrahim Ida, Alhaji Mannir Abukur and the CEO, Daily Trust, Alhaji Mannir Dan-Ali amongst others.

Several Government and Non Governmental organizations and Associations had been trouping to the residence of the SGS to commiserate with him

They include, the State Branches and Offices of Guaranty Trust Bank, Code of Conduct Bureau, National Examinations Council (NECO), AUPCTRE, Youth Farmers Development Initiative (YFDI), Young Muslim Congress of Nigeria, Munazzamatu Fityanil Islam and Christian Council of Nigeria, Youth Wing, Katsina.

Receiving the condolence letters on behalf of the family of the deceased, the SGS, Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa profoundly appreciated the sympathizers and prayed that God reward them abundantly and grant them journey mercies to their respective destination.

The Nation recalled that the late Hajia A’isha Ta-Mashi died on Sunday, the 9th of February, 2020 at the age of 91 with Four children and 36 grandchildren surviving her.
